Nice to have a dining area, a seating area, and a work desk available. Bonus points for a fully equipped kitchen. Very amiable and accommodating staff, and the best host ever.

We loved the venue and its fantastic setting. Satisfied with a nice balcony and utensils, as for instance available. Had early check-in too.

The location of the hotel was super convenient, just a short walk away from the famous Kuromon Market. We had the best breakfasts there every morning, filled with delicious street food. And the best part was that we could easily walk to all the cool tourist spots, saving us time and money.

That there wasn't a dedicated party area in the hotel. We were hoping for a fun place where we could hang out with other young people and maybe even have a small gathering.

It has decent rooms & magnificent location next to train station and Shinsaibashi shopping street and Kuromon Market. I tried some drinks at pub Ogawa Shoten Nippombashi, located 10 minutes away. Helpful staff, the best attitude. Private bathroom, FAMILY atmosphere. I appreciated the place.

The room size was good, providing enough space for all our belongings. The wifi signal was also strong, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. the room amenities provided were complete, making our stay comfortable and convenient.

One major issue was the difficulty in finding the hotel location. The name of the hotel should have been clearer on the map and also to the locals, as they only knew it by a different name.

We had such a lovely stay at PG Kuromon. There was everything we needed in the apartment. It was clean and tidy and close to the markets and public transport. The entry was beautifully decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English well. Messages were responded to promptly. We would definitely stay here again!!

The apartment was incredibly cosy, with a fantastic location just minutes away from the main shopping hub and nightlife. The staff were exceptionally helpful and provided outstanding service, answering all of our questions. The living space, balcony, two toilets and bathrooms, and facilities such as the washing machine and mini fridges were all enjoyable. The staff consistently offered pleasant and helpful assistance. The apartment block, located near the famous Kuromon market, was clean, well-maintained, and larger than most properties in Japan, including small kitchen facilities and a washing machine. The separate toilet and shower were very convenient for our family. it was great value for the price. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. Checking in and out was quick and hassle-free. Our room had a balcony on the 9th floor with a jaw-dropping view of the city. The subway was a short walk away, with an elevator available at exit 10 for those with luggage. The property was conveniently walkable to the famous Dotonburi and super close to the fresh seafood at Kuromon market. The available amenities, such as free Wi-Fi in public areas, electric kettle, cookware/kitchen utensils, air conditioning, flat-screen TV.

Convenient location near popular attractions and metro station. Good amount of space in the apartment, with a large bathroom and kitchen. Staff is responsive and helpful, providing useful services like luggage storage. a pleasant and affordable Japanese apartment experience. 👍

The location of Pg Kuromon was ideal for exploring the vibrant anime shops in Osaka. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to the bustling river area as well. The double lock on the room provided an extra sense of security, reassuring. Although the room felt a bit empty and unfurnished, it was relatively clean, and the shower room was spacious with a laundry machine.

The room was clean and just the right size for two people. The location was convenient, close to Kuromon Market and Dotonburi. The staff were helpful and the neighborhood was peaceful. Plus, there was a 7-Eleven right next door, very convenient.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, as there weren't many options to choose from.

The limited number of keys per room, which caused inconvenience for larger groups like ours. The additional bed provided was not very comfortable and made the room feel cramped.
